In the name of God Amen I Ann Dealy of Prince William County and State of Virginia being in a low state of health tho of sound sence and memory knowing the uncertainty of this life do constitute this my last Will and testament in manner an form following first and principally I recommend my soul to almighty God who gave it and my Body to the Durst from whence it was taken and as to my worldly Estate I give it in the following manner.
Item it is my Will and desire that my Executor hereafter to be named pat out of my Estate all my just Debts and expenses. Item I give unto my two sons George and Presley Petty five shilling sterling each I allso give unto my son William Petty and and my Daughter Elizabeth Dye five Dollars Each as I consider they have had their parts already I also give unto my son Vinson Dealey one bed bedstead and firneture and one hundred Dollars Cash, it is my Will and desire that at my Death my Executor will take charge of all my Estate and sell it and equally divide it between the rest of my children James Petty Eley Petty Elijah Petty Hugh Petty John Petty and Susanna Foley after deducting fifteen Dollars out of James Pettys part whis I have let him have before and each childs part I give to him or her and their heirs for ever I revoke all other Wills by me made. I constitute and appoint my brother George Florance Executor of this my last will and testament. In Witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 28 of June 1814.

At a Court of Quarterly Sessions held for Prince William County August 1st 1814. This last will and testament of Ann Dealy decd was presented to the Court and being proved by the oath of Augustine Athey is ordered to be recorded. And George Florence the Executor therein named on the same day came into the Court and made oath to the same according to law and having taken the oath of an Executor and performed what is usual in such cases Certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate thereof in due form.

In the name of God Amen this 20th day of October 1807 I Ignatius Mitchell Wheeler of Prince William County and State of Virginia being very weak and in firm health, tho' thanks be to God of perfect sound mind and memory and calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last will and testament and first of all I recommend and commit my soul into the hands of the Lord Jesus, and my body to its mother dust knowing most assuredly I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God, and as touching my worldly estate wherewith I am blessed with in this life I give devise and dispose of the same in the following matter & form.
Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah Chapman Wheeler all my Estate that I possess dureing her natural life, dureing the term of her life if my sd. wife Sarah Chapman Wheeler should be in want of necessaries for her support she may use or put any part thereof to such use or advantage as she may think most proper and after the death of my wife Sarah Chapman Wheeler the estate then remaining in her hands that I gave her dureing her life together with the increase thereof ariseing from my estate to be equally divided between my two sisters (by fathers side) Mary Chapman Wheeler and Harriet Wheeler. I also make & ordain my wife Sarah Chapman Wheeler my whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament utterly revoking, disclaiming, disallowing & disanuling all and every other former Wills, Legacies, Bequests, & Executors by me before this time Will'd Named or Bequeathed & ratifying and confirming it to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day and date first within written.

The testator also in the presence of us affixes this sequal or caudial to this will saying thus that if eithe rof his two mentioned sisters Mary Chapman or Harriet Wheeler should die before they possess the mentioned estate the Survivor is to have all and if both my sister should die before my wife Sarah Chapman Wheeler then said Estate shall belong & be the rite of my wife Sarah Chapman Wheeler to give devise or dispose of as she may think most proper & in order to confirm this sequal he has also set his hand & seal with acknowledgement the date first written.

In the name of God Amen this 3rd day of January
1807 I MOSES DAVIS of the County of Prince William & State of Virginia
being in sound & perfect mind & memory thanks be given to god and
calling into mind the mortality of my body & knowing that it is apointed
for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will & testament
and first I recommend my soul into the hands of god that gave it me hopeing that
through the merits of the Lord Jesus it may find acceptance with god, and my
worldly estate I give devise & dispose of the same in the following manner
and form. Viz. Item I give and bequeath
unto JAMES DAVIS the son of brother WILLIAM DAVIS one mare, mares saddle &
bridle to be delivered unto him when he shall arrive to the age of 21 years
old. Item I give and bequeath unto my
beloved wife SIBBEY DAVIS all the remaining part of my estate together with the
lease of land I now live on to hold enjoy & possess the same and to dispose
of the same in any manner as she may think
most proper the part of my estate remaining consisting of all my slaves
kitchen & household furniture, stock & plantation utensils and I do
appoint my wife SIBLEY DAVIS my executrix of this my last will utterly revoking
and disalowing all & every other wills and executrix’s & executors by
me in any manner will’d or named & every other legacies by me before this
time bequeathed ratifying this will and this only to be my last will and
testament. In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd day of January 1807. The within will of MOSES DAVIS is brought
forward on this 2nd page and signed sealed and acknowledged by the
testator as his last will and testament.

This last will and testament of MOSES DAVIS decd. was
presented to the Court and being proved by the oaths of JOHN THORN and JOHN
COCKRELL was ordered to be recorded and SIBBY DAVIS the Executrix therein named
having made oath to the same according to law and take the oath of an executrix
and given security according to law certificate is granted her for obtaining a
probate thereof in due form.

The marriage of Miss Katie M. Cannon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Cannon of Manasas, Va., and Mr. Charles B. Campbell, son of Mr. and Mrs. David B. Campbell, Monroe street, Anacostia, took place Wednesday evening last at the residence of the bride's parents. Rev. James W. Many, pastor of the East Washington Heights Baptist Church, near Anacostia, performed the ceremony. After the service Mr. and Mrs. Campbell left on a trip through Maryland and Pennsylvania. They will make their home in Anacostia upon their return. Among those present from Washington to witness the ceremony were Mrs. David Campbell, Mrs. Jane McLean, Miss Lillias Thorn, Mr. F. L. Cannon, Mr. and Mrs. F. S. Hooe, Mrs. J. F. Campbell and Mrs. James Martin of Fort Foote, Md.

Miss Daisy Hornbaker, daughter of John R. Hornbaker of Manassas, and Mr. George D. Baker, also of that place, were married yesterday in the Presbyterian Church at Manassas. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. Garland Hamner. Immediately after the marriage Mr. and Mr.s Baker left for a northern tour.
Miss Virgie Muddlmann and Mr. B. C. Cornwell were married last evening at the Methodist Church in Manassas. The officiating clergyman was Rev. Robert Smith.
