PRINCE WILLIAM LAND FOR SALE -- Determined to change my business, I will sell, on Monday, the 17th day of December, 1855, if fair, if not the next fair day, one of the most desirable farms in the County. This farm known as "Waverly," contains three hundred acres, about ninety of which are in timber, and is divided into six fields, with water in each field. -- About sixty bushels of wheat have been seeded with guano, promising in a favorable season a yield of from eight hundred to a thousand bushels. The soil is of excellent quality and its proximity to Alexandria, together with the facilities of the Railroad, render it a highly valuable estate.

The buildings are entirely new, commodious, and in complete order. The MANSION is large and elegant, and for convenience cannot be excelled. Besides a large and unfailing spring convenient, there is at one end of the house a cistern that will supply a large family. Waverly lies immediately on the Orange and Alexandria Railroad, thirty-two miles from Alexandria, and one and three quarter miles from Bristoe Station.
