We regret to learn, that a son of Mr. James Waters, Post Master at Neabsco Mills, Prince William County, Va., was drowned on Tuesday last, in the Mill Race, on the premises of his father. The child had wandered off from the servant who had been left in charge of him, and on search being made, his lifeless body was found in the Mill Race, half an hour after he had been missed.
