This tract of land lies about three miles from the town of Occoquan, on the main road leading from Centreville to Occoquan, and about ninteen miles from Alexandria, is in a fine state of cultivation, being considerably improved, well watered, and is considered one of the handsomest and most healthy situations in the neighborhood. There is a well of excellent water in the yard.

Selling as trustees, we shall convey such title only to said land as is vested in us by virtue of said deeds, but at the same time the title is believed to be indisputable.
